MODERNA PARK
Moderna Park is a spacious half-hectare area divided into three sections: a vegetable garden, an orchard, and a play and recreational area. The park boasts over 75 tall trees and 350 flowering and ornamental plants.
At CM Cartotecnica Moderna, our goal is to make these space available to our Talents, their families, local businesses, and the community at large. We have already reached out to local authorithies to ensure this initiative is implemented quickly and effectively, and we committed to giving back our community.
It is an area where we can grow vegetables, herbs, legumes and ornamntal plants. The day's organically grown harvest is available to everyone.
In the fruit garden, we grow grape vines and organic trees, including pear, apple, apricot, peach, walnut, and halzanut. When the fruits are plentiful, we make jams to share with others or for Christmas gifts.
In the heart of the Moderna Park lies the barrel vault constructed entirely from wrought iron. The structure boasts a stunning display of climbing Englishes roses and table grapes; both plants are native to our region.
We aimed to replicate a nostalgic ambience through free-range farming. Th area is enclosed to safeguard the animals from predators like foxes and martens. Our hens, which consume only natural feed, have ample space to move around freely and supply us with fresh eggs ecery day.
The sports area is a wide-open grass lawn. We will soon install a multi-purpose sports area on it: 7 - a - side soccer field, tennis and volleyball. We plan to have a small locker room equipped with a bathroom and shower. People can also walk or jog on the road around the Park.
At Moderna Park, we're constantly evolving with exciting ideas. Currently, we're working on several projects including a bio lake, expanding our lawn with bee-friendly flowers, and creating a furnished stone area complete with barbecue.
